Director Steve Lorenz is preparing Measure for Measure, as well as his other choir, the Pioneer High School Choir of Ann Arbor, for an April 21 performance of Carl Orff's Carmina Burana at Hill Auditorium in Ann Arbor. This piece consists of Medieval poetry primarily in Latin, much of it satirizing the church of that time. Also participating in this concert will be the Ann Arbor Symphony Orchestra, the Boychoir of Ann Arbor, the Ann Arbor Youth Chorale, and the choirs of Skyline and Huron High Schools in Ann Arbor.
